Websites are complicated
Most small businesses don’t have the resources or desire to maintain their websites. No problem. We can manage your site and help you create an internet strategy that’s a profit center instead of a sinkhole.
The problem
Websites have lots of connected parts that sometimes don’t play nice. This can lead to error pages, sluggish performance, and code compromises. Before you know it, your website looks 10 years old; the content is obsolete, links are broken, images are missing, and you’ve got no idea how to fix it. Fortunately, most of these problems can be eliminated by a regular schedule of maintenance, updates and monitoring.
The solution
We can’t guarantee that nothing will ever go wrong with your website, but we can minimize the chances. Our basic Level 01 service plan is designed to keep your site up to date, secure, and running at peak performance. Two additional plans provide increasing levels of personal support, depending on your budget and content goals. We also have a glossary of website support terms to help you make sense of our service plans.

Support plans explained
If you’re new to website design and support, it’s easy to get overwhelmed by all the buzz words, acronyms, and technical jargon. It bugs us too, so we assembled some brief descriptions to help clarify our support plans.
There are no statues of committees.
The size and structure of your organization have a direct impact on project management. Coordinating schedules and communication takes longer with twenty people than five. Committees can suck the life out of projects — And usually do.
