Q: In simple terms, what is a website management plan?
A website management plan (often called a maintenance plan, support plan, or care plan) is a structured approach to managing a website on a regular basis to ensure it remains secure, performant, reliable, and up-to-date.
Q: Do your management plans include website hosting or email?
No. Our standard support plans do not include website hosting, domain name registration, or email services. We can help you choose vendors, but you pay the bills and retain ownership.
Q: Can you create a custom plan tailored to our business needs?
Absolutely. If one of our standard plan isn’t quite what you need, just let us know and we’ll try to come up with something more suitable for you.
Q: What are your payment terms?
All service plans are subject to the following terms:
- Payment: Due monthly, in advance.
- Terms: 3-month minimum term.
- Termination: After the minimum term, either party may cancel at any time with 30-day notice.
- Other exclusions may apply.
Q: Do my monthly personal support hours roll over?
No. Our support hours expire monthly and do not roll over. Keep in mind that the stated support hours are only guidelines. We don’t use a stopwatch, we never nitpick, and we’ll never nickel-and-dime you.
